Raven St John has announced construction is now well under way at its Cocoa Suites development at Rowntree Wharf in York, with 70% of the apartments already sold or reserved, and the second phase to be available in Summer 2018.

Rougemont held a successful annual investor day today at Rudding Park in Harrogate. One of the key topics of discussion was the significant contrast in the way investors now think about property compared to the last five to ten years.
